Sunday Mornings, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Step away from the noise and into the quiet beauty of the bayou. Contemplation in the Bayou is a gentle invitation to walk, reflect, and rest in the presence of God through the rhythms of nature. As we move slowly through Louisiana’s sacred landscape, we’ll practice deep listening, to the water, the wind, the stillness, and the stirrings of the soul.
There is no agenda, only space: for silence, for prayer, for wonder. You are welcome to bring a journal, a sacred text, or simply yourself. Whether you come seeking peace, clarity, or communion, you will be received by the stillness that speaks.
Meet at: Francis Hall Turnaround @ 9am
Led by: Lindy Brasher, University Minister for Social Justice
All are welcome—just bring walking shoes, water, and an open heart.
Please note: Sign-up sheets will be sent out one week prior to each walk. Space is limited.
