Your Loyola E-Bill and Payment Options 📬
We're so glad that you will be joining our campus community this fall! You can access your tuition account summary through your LORA Self-Service account at any time. Student billing statements will be issued as e-Bills and can be accessed “On Demand” through your LORA Self Service account. Fall bills will be available for viewing beginning July 1, 2025.
Fall Payment Deadline: August 1, 2025
All payments, financial aid, payment plans, and parent plus loans must be in place by August 1. Students who have not met their financial obligations, or made appropriate arrangements, have not officially completed their registration. These students are subject to being administratively withdrawn from the university and residence hall and will not be allowed to register for subsequent semesters.or assistance making payments, please refer to the detailed instructions below.
Make a Payment to your Student Account
Follow the instructions listed below to make a payment in your LORA Self-Service account, or to view step-by-step instructions.
- Log into your LORA Self-Service Account. (.)
- Select the "Student Finance" button from your home screen in LORA Self-Service.
- From your student account homepage, click on the “Make Payment” button highlighted in green.
- Next, input the amount you would like to pay for each term in which you have a balance. If you do not have a balance for a term, you will not be allowed to make a payment.
- As you enter the payment amounts for each term, you will be provided a Payment Total in the bottom right of the screen. You can make payments to one or more terms.
- Next, you will choose your account payment method using the “Method” drop down box. You will be able to pay with an electronic check from a checking or savings account or by credit card. When you make your initial payment, you will be given the opportunity to save your payment method to make future payments quicker.
Paying with Your Checking or Savings Account
- Enter the information and click the “Continue” button.
- You will be asked to review the information you entered and agree to the terms and conditions.
- You will receive an account payment confirmation as well as the option to print a receipt. Click on the “Print” button to print or save a PDF of your payment receipt.
Paying with Your Credit Card Using PayPath
- You can make a payment by credit card by accessing PayPath, which allows you to pay your tuition with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
- Please note, the vendor charges a NON-REFUNDABLE service fee of 3% (or a minimum of $3.00) on all card payments.
Create a Payment Plan
Follow these in your LORA Self-Service account. Payment plans are offered each semester with 3, 4 or 5 month payment options. Enrollment fee is $45 each semester and the first installment is due at the time of the plan enrollment. For your convenience, plans will recalculate the remaining payment amounts based on any new activity on the student’s account. Add an Authorized User (Parent/Caretaker Access)
Follow these – such as parents and guardians – in your student account to make payments on the e-commerce platform. You can provide access to your Authorized Users to view your student account, access and print “On Demand” tuition statements, and make tuition payments.
Pro tip: In addition to gaining access to financial information, your parents/caregivers must be authorized by you in order to receive access to any of your student information, including your educational records, registration status, class schedule, room and board, and more. You may also want to give your parent so they can view this information at any time, or for one-time access.
Set up Your Refund Profile

International Payments via Flywire and Pay My Tuition
Loyola University uses international payment vendors Flywire and Pay My Tuition for all international payment processing. You can . Once your payment has been submitted, please email the Bursar's Office at bursar@loyno.edu.
Mandatory Student Health Insurance
If you are a full-time undergraduate student, you are required to have health insurance covering care in the state of Louisiana. All students are automatically enrolled in. You must provide proof of comparable, existing insurance coverage for the 2025–2026 academic year in order to waive coverage through Loyola. Loyola’s student health insurance plan is an annual contract and can only be waived once per academic year. Returning students continuing from the fall to the spring semester will not be eligible to waive in the spring.
Office visits and all on-site labs and services at Student Health Services and the University Counseling Center are available at no cost to students enrolled in Loyola’s health insurance plan. If you have other health insurance, please check with your plan provider regarding coverage and fees

Find Funding Through Scholarship Universe
Do you need help bridging the gap to finance your education? Loyola’s Office of Scholarships and Grants is committed to helping you find and secure funding beyond traditional financial aid, such as external scholarships, private grants, and institutional awards. We encourage you to create a profile on Scholarship Universe, Loyola’s scholarship matching platform available through Single Sign On (SSO).
With Scholarship Universe, you can:

HOWL! The Wolf Deck app provides a personalized student dashboard so you can access important campus information on your phone, including: class schedules/grades, LORA Self-Service, HowlConnect, the IT Help Desk, and more.
